  •  If an item has arrived damaged, faulty or is incorrect please contact us within 7 days via e-mail at with a photo including the packaging. We will be back in touch to arrange a replacement as soon as possible. We will cover the return courier costs.
  •  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept and change of mind returns.
  • If you have unfortunately suffered an allergic reaction – thankfully these are very rare – Please discontinue use IMMEDIATELY. Take a photo of the reaction and e-mail us directly at so we can notify the manufacturer and discuss replacement options with you.
